Kirtas Europe: Job Description: Technical Support and Training Representative Based in Europe

We are seeking a permanent, full-time technical support and training representative to help ensure that Kirtas’ customers receive the most up to date, and consistent service possible. This position involves working with our clients in a service and training capacity as well as following up with the clients to ensure their needs are met.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Marketing Support
  • Provide technical support for presentations, demonstrations, trade shows
  • Provide technical support when responding to RFP’s /tenders
  • Prepare samples for customers
  • Occasionally digitize small jobs for customers

Coordinate customer/resellers installations and provide training

  • Perform second level support
  • Responsible for customer hotline- help desk
  • Activities include recognition, research, isolation, resolution, and follow-up
  • Input issues and resolution into the problem management database and help desk system
