Kirtas Europe: Job Description: Technical Support and Training Representative Based in Europe
We are seeking a permanent, full-time technical support and training representative to help ensure that Kirtas’ customers receive the most up to date, and consistent service possible. This position involves working with our clients in a service and training capacity as well as following up with the clients to ensure their needs are met.
Responsibilities:
- Sales and Marketing Support
- Provide technical support for presentations, demonstrations, trade shows
- Provide technical support when responding to RFP’s /tenders
- Prepare samples for customers
- Occasionally digitize small jobs for customers
Coordinate customer/resellers installations and provide training
- Perform second level support
- Responsible for customer hotline- help desk
- Activities include recognition, research, isolation, resolution, and follow-up
- Input issues and resolution into the problem management database and help desk system
